Payment Due: Payment for all treatments, product purchases, and cosmetic packages is due in full at the time of service. We do not bill health insurance for elective cosmetic procedures.
Refunds: All sales of clinical services, customized packages, cosmetic injections, and opened or medical-grade skincare products are strictly final. No refunds, credits, or exchanges will be issued for completed treatments, regardless of individual outcome.
