Please review the following policies regarding deposits, consultations, cancellations, and arrival times before booking your appointment.
Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit of $100 is required to secure all appointment bookings. This deposit will be applied directly toward the cost of your treatment or consultation on the day of your service.
Consultation Policy: All new patients or patients seeking a completely new treatment modality must undergo a comprehensive medical consultation. The $100 deposit secures this consultation block. If you proceed with treatment during the same visit or establish a treatment plan, the deposit is credited toward that plan. If you choose not to proceed with treatment, the deposit covers the medical provider’s time and clinical assessment.
Late Cancellation, Rescheduling, & No-Show Policy: We require at least 72 hours (3 days) advance notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If you cancel, reschedule, or miss your appointment (“No-Show”) with less than 72 hours’ notice, your $100 deposit will be completely forfeited. To reschedule after a late cancellation, a new $100 deposit will be required.
Late Arrival Policy: We strive to stay perfectly on schedule for all patients. If you arrive 10 or more minutes late for your scheduled appointment, we may be forced to shorten your treatment time or cancel the appointment entirely to avoid delaying the next patient. If an appointment must be cancelled due to a late arrival, it will be treated as a late cancellation, and your $100 deposit will be forfeited.
